​I am currently working as a project manager for many projects for a fitness YouTuber with over 25 million subscribers. I wear many hats. I have curated content and copy for videos, social media, an animated pilot script, and a website and app that I helped develop from conception to production. I manage development and UI teams from across the globe to meet deadlines. I also assist with UAT, quality checks, business requirements, and more! I also provide support and moderation for website and app users.

​I provided guest service from arrival to departure at the front desk of Ocean Place Resort and Spa. My responsibilities included anticipating guest needs, communicating with all areas of the hotel to fulfill guest requests, and problem-solving in high-stress environments.

​I performed front of house duties for Disney's Aladdin on Broadway. My responsibilities included escorting guests to their seats, maintaining crowd control, directing guests and answering questions, and ensuring guest safety in the lobbies, the elevators, and the theater before, during, and after the show.

I worked as a Quick Service Food and Beverage Cast Member at Electric Umbrella in EPCOT for my original program. I was granted an extension in May and I worked as a Park Greeter for both of EPCOT's main entrances. In both roles, I provided excellent guest service and communication skills to the 30,000 worldwide guests who visited EPCOT each day.

My responsibilities included using hospital workflow software to perform revenue cycle outsourcing. I performed billing, claim follow-ups, and payment reviews for hospitals. I also scanned, filed, and created spreadsheets for different departments.

I assisted in the front desk operation of the Performing Arts Collection. My main responsibility was charging and discharging books and music scores for Rowan students. I maintained call number order on the shelves when books were returned. I also created displays for the collection.
